BIRMINGHAM | An Opelika businessman has admitted to federal prosecutors that his company provided at least $64,000 in personal benefits to former two-year college Chancellor Roy Johnson, often by overcharging for work done in the postsecondary system.

When the target walked out her front door carrying her school bag, the young men jumped out and squirted, knocking her out of the game.
